CAPPA's mission is to help participants build on their capabilities, increase their feelings of self worth, decrease self-destructive behavior and assist them in making proper life changing decisions. Program goals / objectives are to enable each participant to attain a vision and to develop personal goals that will move them to become successful, happy and productive citizens.
